Preparing for Adulthood

Surrey County Council’s Preparing for Adulthood programme helps young people with additional needs and disabilities to move in to adulthood by providing them with information about the options, pathways and support available.

The User Voice and Participation team support the Preparing for Adulthood programme to run a monthly user engagement group aimed at children and young people aged 14-25 with additional needs and disabilities. The group is run virtually on Zoom and is a chance for young people to have their say on the services that help them in their move towards adulthood. If you are interested in being part of this group please contact user.voice@surreycc.gov.uk
